My mom was wondering b/c she has it on her upper legs and it wont go away even though she works out hard!

I have really big hips and the back of my butt is looking lumpy : (
Alot of stuff(including working out isnt working). Is this procedure expensive? Is it worth it?

From what I understand, there is no permanent fix to cellulite. I believe the laser therapy done at an office is in the $1000s as you probably have to go more than once (and I don’t think it’s permanent, you probably have to go back after it begins to reappear). Glamour this month mentions a cream (I don’t have the name on hand) in the beauty Q&A that the expert found very helpful in reducing it. Exercise, especially strength training, those areas will help build muscle that reduces the outward look of cellulite.

I want to get it done on my upper knees and inner thighs. I am 21, 5′4 and 130 lbs. I used to be skinny, but now I’ve gained weight all over. I’m unhappy with the way my thighs look. Does liposuction really work for long term? Do the other alternatives to liposuction such as lipozene or mesotherapy work? I would really appreciate it if anyone shares his/her experience. Thank you!

I’ve never had any of that done, but I’ve heard of the effects it had on people who did have it done. The bottom line is, it’s pretty dangerous. They had serious health problems and had to stay in the hospital for a couple months. Yikes!

I would suggest doing exercises that target your legs. Walking or jogging is great and it can actually be fun.
Eating right would also help.
